By accessing, browsing, or purchasing services of Child Care Check, Inc.’s site (referred to as CCC hereafter), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

CCC uses relevant public record sources to create a report containing the most currently available information relating to the child care provider.  All materials and information provided by CCC is considered "as is" and "as available." CCC makes no warranties or representation, expressed or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions due to human error or otherwise in the content of the information provided.

The choice of child care provider is solely the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian. Information provided by CCC should not be considered an endorsement, referral, or recommendation.  CCC cannot guarantee the quality of any child care.  It is strongly recommended that you exercise your right to visit the child care facility, interview providers, check references, and choose child care that best meets your needs and your child's needs.  Before relying on any report, any claims or information in question should be independently verified.

You, the User/Customer agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCC, its Officers, Directors, and Employees from any and all claims, damages, or liability, whether direct or indirect, arising out of services whether or not the User has been advised of any such possibility of damages.  User agrees that the Parties’ maximum liability arising from any service provided shall not exceed the price of such service.

User agrees to be fully responsible for payment. Cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or credit is NOT allowed or accepted once an order has been submitted. All transactions will be in US dollars.

User is responsible for accurately entering information correctly and completely as that is the only means to begin and complete the service. CCC is not responsible for problems User may encounter with their email or if a wrong email address is provided.

User certifies any information obtained from CCC is for acceptable legal and moral purposes.  Users who request information under false pretenses or use data obtained from this site in violation of the law may be subject to civil & criminal penalties. CCC reserves the right to refuse any User’s requests at any time.

CCC will have no obligation or liability to the User for any delay or failure of its network due to circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to computer malfunction, trunk or telephone line failure, weather related problems, supplier performance, or Acts of God.  Order fulfillment and turnaround times are average and apply only to business days.  Orders placed before 5pm PST (2pm EST) on a business day will constitute the end of the next business day as one full day. Orders placed after 5 pm PST (2pm EST) will be considered submitted on the next business day.

CCC is not a Private Investigation Company or Consumer Reporting Agency.   We do not have access, reveal or provide any confidential information, such as financial status, employment background, credit history, or medical records contained in consumer reports, the dissemination of which is strictly prohibited by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USCS 1681a.

The terms and conditions of use of this site and the services provided by CCC are governed and construed by the laws of the State of California. User agrees that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full effect. CCC shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred.

CCC reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the terms hereof and by any revisions.
