| Usually Reports take 1- 4 business days to research and process. We’ll keep you updated if it looks like your report will take longer than that to research. |

| No, your request is secure and confidential with us. |

| The report will be emailed directly to the email address you provide to us on the Request a Report From. |

Child Care Check Inc. is meant as an assistance tool only and is not legally responsible for any decision made on the behalf of any end user utilizing the website in choosing of a child care facility. |

| All reports can be opened and viewed in PDF format. |

| Q:Do you provide reports on nannies or babysitters? |
| No, only licensed child care facilities. If you chose to use a nanny or babysitter, it is strongly recommended to have a background check completed prior to hiring. |

| Q:What if my child is already in a child care facility? |
| Our reports can be requested at anytime. You may want to order additional reports from time to time to check up on your child care provider. |

| Q:What is the difference between a “violation” and a “complaint?” |
| A violation is an infraction of a rule or standard cited by a State Licensing Officer during an inspection. A complaint is a specific problem that is investigated by the Licensing Board or proper authority. |

| Q:What if I discover a complaint or violation in the report that troubles me? |
| We encourage you to discuss any questions or concerns with your child care provider and/or State Licensing Board. |

| Q:What is your refund policy? |
| Every Report request incurs operating costs. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund or credit once an request has been submitted, which includes typos or information incorrectly entered by you. |
